"Really Enjoying the Light"
I really enjoy the light, but I've sent around four emails to ask about various things and havenât received a single response. UPDATE: It turns out my emails were landing in their spam folder. The team called me, apologized, and addressed all my queriesâawesome! Keep up the great work, folks. By the way, Iâve upgraded my Telos 008 mesh driver and new LEDs, but thereâs no option in the app for the upgraded Telos 008. Can that be included? Update: They mentioned itâll be part of the next app update.

"A few years back, I got myself a Telos 08..."
A few years back, I got myself a Telos 08 for my Capsicum Chinese plants, and let me tell ya, itâs a solid piece of equipmentâalmost squaddie proof, if you ask me. Unlike the usual foreign junk I see out there, I decided to grab a mesh upgrade 300w driver since the 08 was a bit too strong for the cuttings. However, the Boss or someone sent me a mesh 300w Driver that was clearly used, marked, and scratched, thinking I wouldnât say anything (wrong move!). I had a chat with some top-notch folks there who totally got that this shouldnât have happened. I understand there are material shortages and all, but management ought to remember that the customer is the one who pays their wages, so donât be greedy. They asked if I wanted a refund, but I really needed it, and I still consider their lights to be among the best LED options out there.

"Timer Trouble When Unplugging the Light Unit"
This light unit is absolutely fantastic. I couldn't find a single fault if I tried. However, I'm a bit skeptical about the app and some of its functionalities.
The user interface is pretty nice, but it took me a bit to get the hang of how it works.
I was also wondering if it would be possible to provide users with some guidance in the app regarding how each light setting or intensity impacts the plants, or when in the growth cycle different light settings should be applied?
But my biggest issue is with the timer on the app. It functions well until you unplug the light, like when you want to take your tomatoes out on a sunny day to save some energy.
The problem is that the timer stops counting when you disconnect the unit. When you plug it back in, the timer resumes from the moment it was unplugged, not from the current time. This is a hassle because it means you have to set up a whole new timer, which isnât as easy as it sounds.
That said, the light itself is truly impressive. I canât believe how much brightness it produces with such low wattage! Plus, it generates hardly any heat.
